Education Foundation of Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public Schools

The Education Foundation of Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public Schools is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports the school district by raising funds in an effort to offer projects and programs that enhance student education and aids our educators in their endeavors.

The Foundation has served as a consistent liaison between the school district and the community
since 1989. Its objective is to make the community aware of our district's educational needs and to help resolve those needs through effective partnerships.

Message from the President

"Education: a debt due from present to future generations."

- George Peabody

"Our Foundation's mission is to empower our educators and students to meet the challenges of education in a diverse, complex and modern society.  With your help we believe we can achieve our ultimate goal:  a quality education for every child. Like thousand of others, I am a proud graduate of the Elizabeth City Pasquotank Public Schools.  As both a parent and citizen of Elizabeth City and Pasquotank County, I am confident that our public school system can provide our children with the high-quality education necessary for them to grow and succeed.  Our public school system, however, cannot accomplish these feats alone. Partnerships between our residents, our business community and our schools contribute to positive change and are essential to help prepare all students for success in the workplace.  Please support our Education Foundation and help pay the debt due to our future generations."

- David Pureza, President
